Know what you Rebut.

rebut.my is Malaysia's meeting place for businesses and consumers. Businesses can advertise, consumers can discover them, and anyone can boost an existing rank.

Positions are determined by the cumulative Paid Ranking Value displayed on the platform, not editorial reviews, public voting, quality, popularity, endorsements, awards or certification.

Higher Rank Value appears above lower Rank Value. A listing uses the same cumulative value in its primary category and the All Malaysia ranking.

rebut.my asks only for the social-profile URL and sends it to a scraper service to retrieve public metadata. We do not ask for or receive passwords, OTPs or social-platform access tokens. Once a ranking exists, other visitors can boost its Rank Value without changing the imported profile.

At launch, ToyyibPay processes payments in MYR. A redirect back to rebut.my is not proof of payment: Rank Value is applied only after the server verifies the signed callback, amount and transaction reference. HitPay may be added after its account verification is complete.

A contribution buys paid leaderboard placement for the stated period. It does not guarantee a permanent position, clicks, leads, sales or business results; being overtaken is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

The complete policy for duplicate charges, provider errors, unauthorised transactions, platform failures and reversals will be published before paid checkout opens.

The current public flow stores the destination URL or handle, public metadata, category, Rank Value, outbound listing-click totals and ranking timestamps. Theme preferences are stored on the device in local storage. The visitor counter uses a first-party HttpOnly cookie with a random ID for up to 12 months so refreshes from the same browser do not count as new visitors; the database stores only that random ID and first-seen and last-seen times. Listing clicks are stored only as aggregate counters and are not linked to the visitor ID. When payments are enabled, the platform also stores the payment-intent reference, amount, currency, status and provider ID needed for reconciliation.

For social imports, rebut.my stores the profile URL, platform, username, timestamp and public metadata successfully retrieved. Scraper results may be cached for stability and to reduce repeated requests. rebut.my does not collect social-login tokens, OTPs or passwords.

Profile images may be cached for display stability. Hosting and security infrastructure may process standard technical logs such as request time, network address and user agent for operations, security and abuse prevention.

rebut.my may reject, restrict or remove listings involving scams, phishing, malware, impersonation, adult content, hate or extremism, illegal activity, unsafe redirects or material security risks.

Rankings involving health, finance, legal, halal or political profiles must not be presented as professional approval, certification, public endorsement or an election forecast.
